What to Bring to Urgent Care

What to Bring to Your Urgent Care Visit

A little prep makes your visit faster. Here is what helps us take care of you.

Bring these with you

  • A photo ID
  • Your insurance card, if you have one
  • A list of medications you take
  • A note of any allergies
  • For a child, their vaccination record if you have it

No insurance? Still come in.

You can be seen without insurance. Ask about self-pay rates, which are lower than typical urgent-care or ER fees.
