Not one of ours. Pioneer Physicians has a single clinic, on Bolingbrook Drive (IL 53) in Bolingbrook, southeast of Naperville, and no office inside the city.

About 100,700 residents live in DuPage County and about 52,400 in Will County. Neighborhoods south and east of downtown are closest to us.

A parent must complete and sign the health history section, or the physical doesn’t count. The district also says an athletic physical doesn’t meet the sixth or ninth grade requirement, so a sixth or ninth grader who also plays a sport may need both forms.
Indian Prairie 204 needs an athletic physical on file before tryouts for any sport in grades 7 through 12. It prefers the IHSA pre-participation form, which is valid for 13 months from the exam date, and it accepts the state Certificate of Child Health Examination if that exam was done in the past 12 months. The physical must stay current through the season, and the district suggests asking your school health office at least two weeks before tryouts whether one is on file.

Where Naperville children get vaccines depends on the county
We don’t give childhood vaccinations, so routine and school shots come from your child’s doctor or your county health department. In Naperville, the county depends on your address.
Downtown, the north side and the east side along 75th Street are in DuPage County. DuPage’s health department vaccinates children at three offices, in Wheaton, Westmont and Lombard, under the Vaccines for Children program. That program is for kids who are uninsured or Medicaid eligible, or whose insurance doesn’t cover vaccines; children whose plans do cover them don’t qualify. Clinic times vary, so call (630) 682-7400 first.
Much of south Naperville, including the Knoch Knolls and Neuqua Valley High School areas, is in Will County. The Will County Health Department vaccinates county residents of all ages in Joliet, Monee and Bolingbrook, where its branch is at 323 Quadrangle Drive.
